All organisations with meters settled on the
half hourly market will have a legal obligation and requirement to
comply with the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC). However, for
those organisations with annual electricity consumption greater than
6,000MWh, this new legislation will have significant financial and
operational implications.
You may have already received a letter from the
Environment Agency advising that you will be involved within the CRC
in some way. Faros have a dedicated team who can help you determine
your level of participation within the scheme.
