With energy
prices increasing, one area that can help companies reduce costs is kVA
capacity charges. Historically, companies have excessively over
estimated the size of supply required for a property. Faros are able to
review the energy consumption, highlighting the maximum demand from a
set period (12 month minimum) and identify excessive kVA agreements. If
the demand is found to be less than 90% of the kVA, Faros can request a
lower capacity, thus reducing the kVA charges. Below is a typical year
on year report showing the Maximum Demand, and a 5 highest maximum
demands report.
