All Meter Operators are obliged to ensure the accuracy of the metering equipment. Faros utilise commissioning forms which require the engineers to complete the necessary fields containing specific information, once completed the forms highlight accuracy and configuration errors enabling swift rectification whilst the engineer is still on site. All documentation is archived and is available to the customer or supplier at any time should a query arise. Faros are unique in also using these commissioning sheets for Secondary and Tenant metering.
